- Your personal data is processed for the purpose of providing tutoring services and fulfilling the agreement between the parties, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the agreement and for an additional six years after its termination. These retention periods result from tax obligations and statutory limitation periods for legal claims.
- Personal data may be processed by the Parties' subcontractors, such as accounting firms or hosting providers. Such processing is necessary for the provision of services to the Parties.
- Within the limits set by the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- rectify your personal data,
- erase your personal data,
- restrict the processing of your personal data,
- withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent,
- receive and transfer your personal data (data portability),
- object to the processing of your personal data.
